Cancer Types:

 

The body needs specific nutrients in order for it to maintain itself regularly and especially to heal from injury or illness.  Without these nutrients, the body doesn't stand a chance at recovery.  Key nutrients are as essential to your body, as gasoline and engine oil are to your car.  Without them, malfunction will eventually occur, worsen, and ultimately put the vehicle, your body or your car -- Out of Service!

1.  Vitamin C 
Vitamin C is the master antioxidant.  It is believed that No Healing takes place in the body without the presence of Vitamin C.  Intravenous Vitamin C is extremely beneficial if you have access to it.  However, oral supplementation in the form of Vitamin C powder, tablets, or whole foods is also crucial. Be sure you select a product that is 100% natural, and contains Bioflavonoids (especially Quercetin and Rutin).  Build up to a total amount of 15 to 20 grams per day. (1-2 grams taken every 2 to 3 hours). One method of intake that works very well for alot of people is adding Vitamin C powder to fresh juices throughout the day.  Powder is the superior of the oral methods to take Vitamin C.


2.  Calcium
Calcium is capable of performing more biological functions than any other mineral. In fact, it is involved in almost every biological function of the body.  It provides electrical energy for the heart to beat and for all muscle movement. The calcium ion is responsible for feeding EVERY cell. It does this by latching on to 7 nutrient molecules & 1 water molecule & then pulls them thru the nutrient channel. It then detaches its load & returns to repeat the process. Calcium is also responsible for DNA replication (the basis for all body repair.)  This can only occur on a substrate of calcium. Calcium is to acid as water is to fire. It quickly destroys oxygen-robbing acid in body fluids.

3.  Magnesium
Magnesium is necesssary in order for calcium to be absorbed properly, as well as for many bodily functions. Researchers have also reported than when laboratory animals are deprived magnesium, they spontaneously develop lymphoma.
   Magnesium Sources: Green vegetables, marine phytoplankton, soybeans, kelp, fish, whole grain rice.  Deficiency Signs:  Muscle spasm, confusion, behavioral disturbance, insomnia, hypertension, rapid pulse, nervous, tremor

4.  Iodine
Marine phytoplankton and kelp are both rich in Iodine, and in polysaccharides, which have known anti-cancer properties. Iodine is essential because it regulates the thyroid gland, producer of thyroxine, which governs the rate of metabolism. Thyroxine helps the body absorb oxygen in order to burn glucose for energy. But this process is impaired if the mitochondria (the centers of enzyme activity in the cell) do not get enough iodine. If the mitochondria do not get enough iodine, then the cells do not get enough oxygen, and the cells begin to ferment sugar in an anaerobic reaction. A fermented environment is a breeding ground to cancer cells.  Iodine Deficiency Signs: Low vitality, nervousness, goiter, dry hair/skin, irritability

Max Gerson, in his very effective treatment of cancer, found that almost all seriously ill persons were very deficient in potassium.  He supplemented his cancer patients' diets with significant amounts of potassium, usually in a liquid concentrate. Marine Phytoplankton, Kelp, and Dulse are the highest in potassium among all foods and herbs. Gerson also employed iodine in his cancer treatment and Kelp is high in this element.
Parsley, Garlic, and Spinach also contain considerable amounts of Potassium.  Potassium Deficiency Signs:  Nervous disorders, constipation, fluctuations in heartbeat, nausea and vomiting, muscle weakness, spasms and cramps, water retention, edema, irritability, dry skin
