For a cancer-free life, one must avoid these 3 foods: 1. Meat Meat is toxic to your body, and meat digestion requires much of your body's energy be taken away from fighting the cancer. What Foods Should You Eat? Lots of Fruits & Vegetables! Any fruits, except: No "Red Delicious" or "Golden Delicious" apples (because these types of apples quickly break down into simple sugar.) - If vegetables are cooked, cook until well done.
- No nuts, except almonds sparingly.
- Eat Lots of Garlic & Onion.
- Whole Grain Rice & Potato.
- Raw Honey may be used (if sweetener is needed) -
BUT NEVER cook with honey!
Dr. Ivan's "Perk Up Your Salad" Dressing Recipe: 2 cups Olive Oil, 1 head Garlic, 1 handful Parsley, 1 tsp Dill Weed, 2-3 Lemons. Mix in blender. Stays good 10-14 days in refrigerator.
Bread (use sparingly:) - Whole Grain Rye is best.
- Seven or 12-Grain is good.
- 100% whole wheat is okay.

- Absolutely NO Meat, fried foods, etc.

- NO Shellfish or Crustaceans.
- YES Fish that swim are okay (sparingly).
Beverages: **Drink Lots of Pure, Clean Water. (Preferably Ozonated or Steam-Distilled) (Never drink tap water! It is poison.) Suggestion: Add a slice of fresh lemon or orange to your water for flavor.
Avoid all Juices (or beverages) containing Sugar (sucrose, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc.) This includes nearly all bottled juices on your grocer's shelf.
Drink Herbal Teas: Nettle, Rosemary, Rose Hips, Peppermint, Spearmint, Yarrow Root, Shaved Grass (Horsetail), Green Tea AVOID CAFFEINE! It doubles the body's rate of calcium excretion, and dehydrates the body, etc.
